Terms & Conditions
Signature Suites reserves the right to immediately terminate the suite agreement with the individual or corporation (and/or immediately eject the occupant) for any of the following reasons:
- Any willful or negligent damage or destruction to the property caused by the occupants, or by any person permitted on the property by the occupants, including but not limited to: the presence of pets; smoking indoors; drug use in the suite or anywhere on the property (including marijuana); excessive consumption of alcohol in the suite or on the property; storing guns/ammunition in an unsafe manner.
- Disturbing the peace in the neighbourhood, or disturbing the peace of the other occupants within the building, in suites located beside, below, or above this suite.
- Any unauthorized accommodation of other persons beyond the permitted number of occupants in each suite, unless prior permission has been granted.
- Any inappropriate behaviour toward housekeeping staff.
Signature Suites will not be held liable for any damage to the occupants’ property, and is not liable for any injury to any person (coming to or going from) the property, however caused. The occupant indemnifies and saves harmless us from any financial consequences of any such liability.
